Change Your Relationship With Food

Are you tired of running on that hamster wheel of yo-yo dieting and overeating until you feel uncomfortable because your waistband is digging into your waist?
That painful-looking red ring around

your middle.

Are you feeling shame for eating a whole bag of chips, a pint of ice cream or two, a few mini-sized chocolate bars?

I understand I've been there. I was running until exhaustion on that hamster wheel for most of 20's and 30's. It was one diet after another. Until one day I had enough. I couldn't take the guilt of secretly eating bags of chips and ice cream on rotation and then working out to 'burn' all of what I ate. I felt like I was going to burst out of my skin; like when a sausage bursts out of its skin.

I found a way to live in a loving and balanced relationship with food. Organically finding a way to eat, move my body, and nourish my soul. I want to share my learnings with those who want to feel that freedom I so craved back when I would go to different supermarkets to purchase my bags of chips, cookies, and ice cream. I felt shame and embarrassment thinking that the cashiers would find out my dirty secret.

Reach out to me. Let's work together so that I can guide you to find your peace, sanity, and balance in your relationship with food.

Brain To Belly

Brain To Belly is about guiding the client to find, connect and embrace their true natural selves utilizing the concept that the Brain and the Belly as well as the rest of us are all connected. By re-wiring our brains, celebrating and through repetition we can change who we are.

The Brain To Belly program starts with learning who you are and what you really want. And, why is it so important to create a new identity (you) for a healthier YOU by releasing weight and baggage you have been carrying around.

The program itself is about changing your psychology, which will change the way you feel, which in turn will dictate the action you take and you will have a result. Think, Feel, Do, Have.

Aligning the Brain To Belly and the Soul. All of YOU. Yayoi is passionate about assisting women and men transform and find peace in their relationship with food. She uses her personal experiences as well as her training in different modalities to guide her clients to obtain the results they seek.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

Queen of Yo-Yo Dieting to Zen Goddess

"I was the queen of yo-yo dieting and emotional eating. Every Monday, I started a new ‘diet’ only to crash by Wednesday. Working with Coach Yayoi was the game-changer I needed. Her Brain To Belly method helped me break free from that toxic cycle, not just by changing what I ate, but by rewiring how I thought about myself.

I now eat with intention, listen to my body and finally have a healthy relationship with food and myself. This isn’t just about releasing weight; it’s about finally feeling free.

Learning Self-Care

"Self-care was always the last thing on my list—I thought I was being selfish. I was stuck in a cycle of stress eating and neglecting myself. Everyone else came first. Working with Coach Yayoi not only helped me reconnect with my body, but also made self-care a non-negotiable part of my life. Now, I prioritize my well-being, eat mindfully, and feel in tune with my body. I don't feel guilty about loving myself. I’ve never felt so balanced and alive. Yayoi truly guided me to find my courage and me!

Being Honest

With Myself

"Honest, kind and warm, but when she needs to she will ask you questions that require you to stop making excuses. She will gently, but tenaciously keep asking you thought provking questions until you get to that 'ah-ha moment". Yayoi helped me to re-wire my brain, so that I no longer struggle with eating too much or too little. I started to listen to my body and what I can to do honor it.

Grace, Growth, and Success

"Having Yayoi for a coach has been inspiring and it's helped me succeed greatly on my weight loss journey. She has helped me to realize just how connected ones thinking is to ones success when it comes to losing weight. Our overall thinking is imperative. She's helped me work through being human and therefore imperfect. I must give myself grace, that's one of the many important things she has helped me grasp and hold onto. I will forever be grateful to Yayoi for her kindness, support and encouragement."
